The eligible student must be a 2nd-year full-time Indigenous student studying in one of the three following programs; Construction Engineering Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician or Carpentry and Renovation Technician.  Preference will be given to the student with strong academic performance and who has demonstrated leadership within the program and community.
