This
year, we’re pleased to announce some new offerings-12 new workshops, 25 new
instructors, 43 new courses and approximately 225 course offerings.
Courses
encompass everything from Indigenous beading to clay handbuilding, rug hooking, photography,
sculpture, writing, fibre arts, painting and much more. We’ve even added a new selection
of kids, youth, and teen workshops.
Get
a head start on planning your 2023 creative art escape with friends and family,
or challenge yourself as you learn a new artistic skill. The full calendar will

February 15. Registration for all programs opens March 1.

Haliburton, ON – (Dec. 15, 2022) – Students at Fleming College’s Haliburton School of Art + Design (HSAD) have been busy preparing for their annual end-of-semester art show, Wrap it Up!
The one-day show takes place Dec. 17 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in HSAD’s Great Hall.
Wrap it Up! is hosted by students in full-time certificate programs at HSAD and provides an opportunity for these emerging artists to gain exhibition experience and showcase their many talents.
The exhibit features a variety of media including painting, drawing, artist blacksmithing, ceramics, fibre arts and photography. The artists will be on hand to discuss their work and answer questions.
Select works will be available for purchase.
Wrap it Up! is open to everyone and is free to attend. While guided tours will not be taking place during the exhibit, guests are welcome to come and walk around the beautiful HSAD campus. The Sculpture Forest is also open!
