Vicki Coppins

Vicki Coppins is a Certified Nutrition Manager (CNM) and a Red Seal Certified Cook (RSE) with 30 years of experience in large quantity food service operations. She graduated from the Cook Apprentice Program at Fleming College where she has been teaching part-time in the Culinary Management and Food and Nutrition Management programs and Continuing Education since 2008. She has led teams, developed policies, and ensured legislative adherence in various sectors, including long-term care, retirement, and acute care, to provide exceptional care and services to her clients. She has been recognized by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification & Accreditation and is a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management.
