You may use this Request for Proposal (RFP) form to submit your interest to Applied Projects. We recommend that you submit it by mid-August. Acceptance is restricted to the first 50 submissions.

Project Information

  1. Project Statement:

    In a paragraph, describe a problem to solve, and/or product and/or service to prototype.

  2. Project Deliverable:

    Indicate the solution report, products and/ or services to be provided.

  3. Scope Planning:

    Describe the justification, major deliverables and project objectives. Include any propositions about ownership and resource requirements if known.
