Fleming College Offers Heights Training to Skilled Workers
Peterborough, ON – (Nov. 18, 2022) – Fleming College is offering two courses for workers looking to upskill or refresh their knowledge and training around working at heights.
The Working at Heights certification course takes place Nov. 26, 2022 and runs from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The cost to attend is $200.
The Working at Heights Refresher course runs Nov. 30, 2022, from 6 – 9 p.m. The cost to attend is $112.60.
Both courses take place inside the Kawartha Trades and Technology Centre at Fleming College’s Sutherland Campus.
Fleming College is a Chief Prevention Officer-approved training provider for Working at Heights training. These courses focus on safe work practices to eliminate injuries and accidents while working at heights. Participants will gain hazard awareness and fall protection training both in classroom theory and practical experience in a simulation lab.
