Assistance Available Through the Financial Aid Office
We have provided more than $10 million in bursaries and scholarships to students in financial need over the past 7 years. Funding for these scholarships and bursaries is provided by various sources:
- A percentage of tuition fees collected by Fleming College are allocated towards Financial Need Bursary Programs for full-time students
- Through the efforts of Fleming College's Advancement and Alumni Relations Department, we are able to offer numerous donor sponsored bursaries.
You could be eligible for a bursary or scholarship. Be sure to apply!
Applying is Easy
Registered students with an active timetable are able to apply for all bursaries that are administered by the college though our single on-line bursary application. For the Spring/ Summer 2013 term the application will be available to students as follows:
- For programs beginning May 6, 2013: Application will open May 21, 2013 and close at 11:59pm on June 3, 2013.
- Expressive Arts beginning April 22, 2013: Application will open May 4, 2013 and close at 11:59pm on May 18, 2013
- Heavy Equipment Operator - beginning June 3, 2013: Application will open June 15, 2013 and close at 11:59pm on June 29, 2013.
For students beginning their studies in the Fall 2013 semester the on-line bursary application will be available mid September. Check back in early August for the specific dates.
