Fleming College Invites Nominations for the Fellowship in Applied Education Award

Fleming College is seeking nominations for the 2012 Fellowship in Applied Education Award.

Through this award, Fleming College honours a citizen who has demonstrated dedication to community betterment through work or volunteer activities. To be eligible, the candidate must work and/or reside in the City of Kawartha Lakes or Haliburton, which are served by Fleming College. The candidate also must have demonstrated a commitment to improving the quality of life within their community. Past nominees are eligible.

The deadline for nominations is Monday, May 14, 2012. The awards will be presented during Fleming’s Convocation Exercise. Past recipients have included community members Jim Blake of Haliburton and Andrew Wallen of Lindsay.
