Fleming College introduces new, more efficient job application process
Fleming College’s Human Resources department has introduced a new applicant tracking system to give candidates an improved experience and reduce the amount of time spent applying for jobs.
“We value an applicant’s time as much as they do, so we wanted to make the process faster and easier for them. We are excited to offer external and internal candidates new features such as tracking history of applications, notification of new job openings, and much more,” says Karen Nolk, Manager of Human Resources Systems at Fleming College.
Instead of applying through a cumbersome process, candidates can now create a profile, choose the job they wish to apply for, and upload a resume and cover letter. Candidates are then in the system and can be considered for future job opportunities as well.
