ADL Insulflex donates to KTTC campaign

Published

Fleming College is pleased to announce a $25,000 donation from ADL Insulflex, Inc. of Cobourg in support of the Kawartha Trades and Technology Centre (KTTC).

The donation will go toward the Building Skills Shaping Futures campaign. The fundraising campaign has a goal of raising $1 million with funds earmarked for infrastructure and capital equipment.

“Challenging and exciting jobs with competitive wages do exist in Eastern Ontario and many of them are in the trades. The KTTC is committed to equipping students with the skills they need for these jobs and we at ADL Insulflex, Inc. are happy to lend our support,” noted Justin Andersen, President of ADL Insulflex, Inc.

The KTTC is currently under construction at the Sutherland Campus in Peterborough. It is scheduled to open in September 2014 and will house Fleming’s trades and technology programs.

“We are so pleased to have the support of ADL Insulflex, Inc. for the Kawartha Trades and Technology Centre Campaign.  Their gift shows the importance of the KTTC, not only for the Peterborough community, but for the Lakeshore as well,” said Shirlanne Pawley-Boyd, Chief Advancement Officer at Fleming College.
