Health Services provides comprehensive, confidential healthcare to Fleming Students and promotes wellness through education and preventative health measures.

Hours of Operation

Sutherland Campus (Peterborough) - Room A2113

  • Office Open: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Nurse available: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (July to April). Tuesday - Friday (May & June)
  • Physician Clinic:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9am - 3:30pm. (September to April)
  • Summer Clinics: please call for an appointment.
  • Appointment and Health Card are required

Frost Campus (Lindsay) - Room 254

  • Office Open: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Nurse available: Monday - Friday, except Wednesdays (Sept. - Apr.) Monday - Thursday, (May - Aug.) Hours as posted.
  • Physician Clinic: Wednesdays 9:00am - 3:00pm (September to April)
  • Appointment and Health Card are required

Immunization Requirements

Current Students: If you have not submitted your completed Entry Immunization Form to date, you will be subject to a $50.00 Incomplete/Late Processing Fee at the time of submission. This fee will be charged to your student account.

September 2016 Intake Students: The deadline date to submit your completed Entry Immunization Forms is Friday, August 26, 2016 (4:30pm). Forms received after this date, will be charged a $50 Incomplete/Late Processing Fee. Incomplete forms re-submitted for review after August 26th will be subject to the $50.00 charge.

Note: The $50.00 fee is not applicable to students in the Fish and Wildlife Programs.

To help, we've created a sample Immunization form as well as a sample Immunization form for Paramedic students.
Keep in mind, your form will differ slightly from the sample form depending on your individual bloodwork results, etc.

Annual TB Skin Testing Requirements

If your placement occurs within a healthcare setting, a yearly one-step TB test is required. If your placement occurs outside of a healthcare setting, the need for an additional one-step test will be determined by your placement agency..
