Apply For Residence

If you are interested in living in residence it is important to follow these steps:

1. Complete an On-line Residence Application Form
2. Students MUST have applied for a full-time program and have a Fleming student ID number in order to apply
3. If paying by cheque, money order or cash please complete and submit the Residence Application Processing Fee Form along with the $50 processing fee. The $50 Application Processing Fee is non-refundable
4. Students can still apply and be added to the waitlist for any term after the deadline date.
5. If your course starts at a date different than September, please contact the residence office for information on room availability
6. Residence application and processing fee for January 2012 intake and other semesters is ongoing. Contact the Sutherland Residence or Frost Residence Office for information.

It is important that you adhere to all deadline dates as we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by mail or courier companies.

In accordance with section 39(2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, this is to advise you that information in connection with this application is collected under the legal authority of the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities Act. This information is used for administration of residence services at Fleming College and for other related or consistent purposes. For further information concerning the collection of this information, you may contact a Residence Manager.
