Opportunity – Fleming College Board of Governors

The Fleming College Board of Governors is currently seeking nominations for three upcoming vacancies.

These are volunteer positions requiring regular attendance at daytime or evening meetings and serving on one Board committee.

Fleming College serves the communities of Peterborough, City of Kawartha Lakes, Cobourg and Haliburton. Interested individuals should have experience in effective governance and possess relevant experience/expertise in community development/community relations; accounting/audit; tourism/hospitality; manufacturing/industry; skilled trades; environment/renewable energy; and health care/social services.

Governors serve a three-year term with eligibility for a second term.

Members of the public interested in contributing to the governance of Fleming College are encouraged to submit an application by May 27, 2011.
