Sustainability in Our Buildings
You’ll find sustainability in our built environment at all three campuses, including: The Centre for Making, Centre for Advancement of Water and Wastewater Technologies, and the Kawartha Trades and Technology Centre. We strive to provide open, accessible, inclusive and culturally enriched spaces in our buildings, to ensure everyone feels welcome!
Energy, water, and waste reduction initiatives are in place throughout the campus. Our Environmental Technology Wing includes:
- Wind turbine
- Green Roof
- Geothermal heating and cooling
- Living Wall

As well, our campus has many other green features:
