Start in September, study for four consecutive semesters and graduate ready to start your career in Human Resources Management. You'll acquire workplace experience, as well as perform numerous in-class activities including using simulation software. Our Business Administration-Human Resources Management program offers the nine HRPA - approved courses needed to qualify for the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam, the CHRP designation, plus a variety of courses in other Business disciplines to round out your education.
You will complete two 70-hour field placements in the program and you will also participate in simulation scenarios covering topics such as collective bargaining, interviewing, recruitment campaigns, training program delivery and job description development.
