Training in simulated office settings, extensive hands-on practice, and a culminating work placement in a professional office environment ensure that when you graduate, you are job-ready.

This diploma program is designed to give you comprehensive office skills essential for work in the field of office administration. Additional specialized training covers communications, document production, office procedures, accounting, event management, desktop publishing, and advanced training in spreadsheets and databases. Essential skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, managing diversity, problem-solving and time management are also emphasized in the program.
