Fleming Student Wins Silver at National Skills Competition

Fleming College Culinary Management student Mai Dong has nabbed the silver medal during the Skills Canada National Competition this weekend in Vancouver.

Mai travelled to the west coast as part of Team Ontario after winning a gold medal at the Skills Ontario competition earlier this month.

The Skills Canada competition pitted Mai against some of Canada’s top culinary students.

Mai travelled to Vancouver with fellow Fleming student Bailey Wozdak. Bailey won a gold medal during the Skills Ontario competition, and competed in Vancouver in the carpentry division. Fleming College congratulates both Mai and Bailey on their success and thanks them for representing their College.
