Fleming College Celebrates Canada Day

Peterborough ON (June 26, 2018) – Fleming International Student Services and the Student Administrative Council (SAC) have teamed up to celebrate Canada Day on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Members of the media and public are invited to join this free campus event.

International and Canadian students will host art and cultural displays, music, performances, games, fashion shows and a free BBQ to celebrate Canada’s cultural diversity.

11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Steele Centre, Sutherland Campus, 599 Brealey Drive, Peterborough

Schedule:

11:00 am to 3:00 pm      Festival activities in the Steele Centre

11:30 am to 1:30 pm      Live music & BBQ on the Steele Centre patio

12:30 pm                          Latin dance show with the Panama Program on the KTTC patio

1:30 pm to 2:30 pm        Performances on the Steele Centre stage

2:30 pm                            Closing remarks and prizes for best displays
