She encourages open dialogue to allow synergy and collaboration, promoting ideas for constructing healthy, inclusive communities. As an educator with No.9 Contemporary Art & The Environment and Inner City Angels in Toronto, and with her involvement with Waterfront Toronto's Underpass Park, Sandra has been instrumental in guiding design ideas and supporting the evolution of public realm in this rich urban context, otherwise termed as 'designing future cities'. She is a licensed Architect and project manager, with accumulated experience in the fields of arts and culture, adaptive re-use, heritage, and community and sports.
