Peter A. Gray

Peter A. Gray, P. Geo., FGC, QP, holds an honours Earth Science (Geology) B.Sc. degree from the University of Waterloo (1987) and has over 37 years of experience in hydrogeological and environmental consulting. His work spans from local assessments to international water-related projects. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Gray actively contributes to groundwater education and protection, participating in various organizations and events. He?s also an entrepreneur, having successfully founded two environmental companies and three environmentally focused nonprofits. Notably, he received the Fellow of Geoscientists of Canada award in 2023. Additionally, his contributions have been recognized with honors such as the Ontario Volunteer Service Award, the Paul Harris Fellow, the Award of Merit, and the Latornel Leadership Award, among others. Mr. Gray is currently the Senior Hydrogeologist and Vice President at MTE Consultants Inc. and has been teaching at Fleming College in the Well-Constructed and other well and/or hydrogeology-related Continuing Education courses since 2016.
