Catherine Graham,
Catherine Graham is an award-winning Toronto-based poet and novelist. Among her seven poetry collections, Aether: An Out-of-Body Lyric was a finalist for the Toronto Book Award, The Celery Forest was named a CBC Best Book of the Year, appears on CBC Books Ultimate Canadian Poetry List, and was a finalist for the Fred Cogswell Award for Excellence in Poetry. Her Red Hair Rises with the Wings of Insects was a finalist for the Raymond Souster Award and CAA Award for Poetry and her debut novel Quarry won an IPPY Gold Medal for Fiction, The Miramichi Book Award for Best Fiction and was a finalist for the Fred Kerner Book Award and Sarton Women's Book Award for Contemporary Fiction. She received an Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of Toronto SCS. A previous winner of TIFA's Poetry NOW competition, she leads their monthly book club and interviews for By the Lake Book Club. Her second novel, The Most Cunning Heart, appears Spring 2022.
