Woodworking - Tool Making

Course Code: ARTS2627

Woodworking requires the use of various tools. While some tools need to be bought, others can be made such as: hand planes, saws and small jigs. Personalized tools make time in the shop more enjoyable. In this course you will make a wooden smoothing plane, a bow saw and some clever sanding and holding jigs. A bit more skill is required in this course due to the use of various power and hand tools. At the end of the week you'll walk away with custom made tools that will be a pleasure to use.
