Enrol in SoulCollage - Using Collage for Self-Discovery

Course Code: ARTS2128

Using collage, discover a playful and profound approach to self-discovery, self-expression, and self-compassion. Originated by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® is a process of collaging images to create a deck of cards with deep personal meaning. Use collage to create cards that honour the different parts of your personality that make you uniquely you. Images are collaged onto 5" x 8" cards to represent your inner playful self, the artist in you, the worried part of you, the wise old bird, or the young at heart part of you. Other expressive art forms such as poetry, journalling, movement, and storytelling will deepen your connection with your cards, yourself and your inner wisdom. Suitable and of interest to professionals seeking another skill set, as well as people seeking time and space to reflect, create, and "come home to self", this course requires no artistic experience or skill.
