Enrol in Quilting with Heat Mouldable Batting

Course Code: ARTS2522

Heat mouldable batting is the easiest technique to master in the creation of one-of-a-kind 3-dimensional abstract fibre art. After piecing the quilt top using traditional methods and a few embellishing tricks, the piece takes on a new look by using heat mouldable batting between the top and bottom fabric layers. Using a steam iron, mould it to any permanent shape; finishing with beading and tradition facing or binding.
