Enrol in Quantity Food Preparation (In Class)

Become familiar with the cooking principles and methods for preparing food in large quantities. NOTE: For safety and conformity reasons for all cooking courses, you must wear non-slip, non-absorptive closed-toed shoes, full length pants, an apron (available at the bookstore), a white shirt and have your hair tied back.

Closed toed shoes are a requirement to participate in this class, and long pants are strongly recommended to avoid sanitary concerns or injury.
