Photographing the Natural World

Course Code: ARTS2669

This course is not for beginners. An understanding of your digital SLR camera and its manual functions as well as the basics of their computer and Light Room or Photoshop software is required.
Through landscapes, abstracts of colour and motion or intimate close-ups of natural details, expand your creative and technical abilities to create photographs of the natural environment. The course will include talks, visual presentations, field trips, shooting assignments, constructive group critiques, and post processing, printing and presentation guidance. You will learn how to blend and layer multiple images to create somethings beyond a documentary photograph.
