Join other meditation practitioners as you strengthen your regular practice with mindfulness experiential exercises, mindful movement, deepened meditation techniques and group discussions. This 8-session secular course is beneficial for those who have taken a formal meditation course or have experience in practicing meditation and would like to reinforce or reconnect to a regular meditation practice and daily mindfulness, and would also be an asset to health care workers, social service or child care workers, or health care workers in assisting their patients.
