Explore concepts of personal wellness and develop practical strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Through lectures, practical experiences and self-evaluation, you will address physical fitness, nutrition, self-responsibility and social interaction. Develop strategies to develop, design and implement and effective personal fitness program and develop strategies to be successful at Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police (PREP) in Ontario. You will train at a local facility and maintain a log of your activities and progress.
