CWB Practice Day

Course Code: MECH308

Brush up on your skills for CWB certification in the 1GF, 2GF, 3GF & 4GF positions in preparation for Fleming's CWB test date. Four CWB Practice plates will be provided for practice along with a lab technician to assist with setup and basic guidance. This practice day is not only open to current and past students, but also to those working in the industry who wish to refresh their skills in any position and prepare for re-certification and check tests.
PPE Required: Long Sleeves without cuffs, Long Pants without cuffs, Steel Toed Shoes or Boots, Safety Glasses. No Hoodies or polyester clothing allowed.
Optional PPE: Welding Helmet, Hearing Protection, Welding Gloves. For more information on safe practices in a welding shop please see CSA W117.2
