The aromatic flavours of Thai food can make your mouth water. In this hands-on course, you'll learn where to buy local ingredients and how to prepare intriguing dishes with a tropical flair. From Pad Thai to curries and rice, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to bring a little exotic flavour into your kitchen, and you'll enjoy the fruits of your labour at the end of the class. All food costs and a recipe booklet of Thai dishes are included in the cost of the course.
