Whether you are a hunter or a foody, you'll learn how to bring out the best flavours in wild game in this interactive and hands-on course. Your chef and instructor hails from Switzerland, where creating wild game dishes is a culinary autumn tradition. You?ll not only learn how to elevate game dishes, you'll also discover the sauces, vegetables and starches that will make this meal a fine dining experience to impress your guests. And you'll get to taste your creations at the end of the class. Course fees include all gourmet ingredients.
