Whether you are a hunter or a foody, you'll learn how to bring out the best flavours in wild game in this interactive and hands-on course. Your chef and instructor hails from Switzerland, where creating wild game dishes is a culinary autumn tradition. You?ll not only learn how to elevate game dishes, you'll also discover the sauces, vegetables and starches that will make this meal a fine dining experience to impress your guests. And you'll get to taste your creations at the end of the class. Course fees include all gourmet ingredients.

Closed toed and closed heel footwear is a requirement to participate in this class, and long pants are strongly recommended to avoid sanitary concerns or injury during the session.
