An air of simplicity and comfort mixed with enticing aromas and smells is unmistakeable as we explore the cuisine of street vendors of Palermo and Catania. Join us as we recreate their most enticing items, from filling piadinas (filled flatbread sandwiches) to tasty skewers, to so many more bites and nibbles. This fast and easy street food cooking course will have you slicing, dicing and prepping in our commercial kitchen, before we sit down to enjoy it all with a communal meal.
