This historically significant port town reflects the influence of many merchants. Explore the bountiful offerings of the Mediterranean Sea as we cook up a variety of seafood and fish dishes. Explore techniques, such as poaching and searing fish, and creating seafood stews, all with a Napoli twist that reflects the town's heritage. Please note that this course may include mussels and clams and is not recommended for anyone with an allergy to shellfish.
