Learn to prepare antipasti (appetizers), main courses and deserts that reflect elevated Italian cuisine. Mouth-watering flavours and delicious aromas will be at the forefront, as you test out techniques and exquisite recipes with our chef as your culinary mentor. Say ?buon appetito? as we conclude the evening with a communal dinner of our creations.
