Just in time for spring and summer entertaining, this course focuses on easy, yet tasty Italian appetizer platters. You'll learn to make a sophisticated bruschetta and Italian summer gazpacho (cold soup). We?ll also cook up a fool-proof rustic focaccia and explore the main varieties of toppings, to which this Italian flatbread lends itself. Get ready to create iconic dishes from a region known for its beautiful wines, warm summer evenings and laid-back lifestyle.
