This not-to-be-missed class will introduce you to the rich and flavourful Swiss cuisine, which is rooted in its abundance of wild game, alpine geography, and its regional influences from Germany, France and Italy. You will learn hands-on how easy it is to prepare traditional Swiss dishes like a native, with recipes that are authentic and time-tested. Bring containers to take home any leftovers.

Closed toed shoes are a requirement to participate in this class, and long pants are strongly recommended to avoid sanitary concerns or injury during the session.
