There's nothing quite like the sent of the spice markets in Morocco and Algiers. This class will introduce you to flavours you may never have experienced before. Working in our commercial kitchen, you will learn hands-on how to prepare local dishes with flavours that will astound. Bring containers to take home any leftovers.

Closed toed shoes are a requirement to participate in this class, and long pants are strongly recommended to avoid sanitary concerns or injury during the session.
