This essential course will give you skills you can use every time you prepare a meal. Learn the elementary knife skills that will keep you safe and give you the foundation to build up speed and precision. You will practice how to hold your knife properly, how to choose what tool to use, and how to make various cuts with repeatable accuracy and consistency. You will also learn how to sharpen your own knives.

Monday (6:00pm - 8:30pm)


Closed toed shoes are a requirement to participate in this class, and long pants are strongly recommended to avoid sanitary concerns or injury during the session.
