If you've never prepared a thanksgiving dinner or if you always reach for the same recipes, here's your chance to elevate this annual feast and impress your guest. In this hands-on class you'll be guided step-by-step on roasting a turkey, using rubs to flavour it and creating sides that will complement the meat and take advantage of the seasonal ingredients. Bring containers to take home leftovers.

Closed toed shoes are a requirement to participate in this class, and long pants are strongly recommended to avoid sanitary concerns or injury during the session.
