The ancient Aztecs believed that the cacao bean was a gift from their god of wisdom Quetzacoatl, and wise they were indeed. Today Chocolate is widely considered to be one of the finest treats. In this most satisfying session we indulge in classic desserts and their intricate yet simple preparation. You'll learn to create mousse au chocolate, flourless chocolate cake and chocolate truffles, which lend themselves to so many variations. Join us for the ultimate in culinary decadence.
