Oh Canada, you most delicious land. Just in time for the new maple season, we explore how this nectar of deliciousness can add sophistication to appetizers, main courses and deserts. You will be making these dishes from scratch, with the guidance of a seasoned chef, and feasting on them at the end of the evening. Along the way you might pick up a few new cooking techniques, and you'll receive all the recipes from tonight's menu.
