The ultimate hosting meal is BBQ. The sizzle, the smoke, the basting and brushing of the sauce and marinade all add up to one of summer?s most iconic pastimes. You will learn to create a variety of tantalizing rubs and flavourful BBQ sauces. Along the way you?ll learn insider tips on BBQ techniques, including pulled pork, how to create smoke packets and more. Although meat is the main attraction of this evening, you?ll also learn to create easy sweet potato ribbons, a sophisticated step up from the usual fries.
