Gain an understanding of how consumers make decisions regarding what to buy, what brand to buy, when to buy and how much to pay. Psychological, socio-cultural and situational influences on this decision making process are explored in depth. The objective is to be able to intervene in the process to modify the consumers' behaviour and persuade them to move in a favourable way. Students should have an educational or working background in Marketing Concepts.
