Enrol in Art Journaling: Developing a Practice - Online

Course Code: ARTS2557

Art Journaling is a place to wander and wonder, a chance to experiment and play, and a fun form of self-care. Explore Art Journaling as a practice in this two-part, highly experiential series. Pages are a combination of images (found or created) + colour + words (optional), minus judgement. Discover ways to tackle the blank page and work with prompts to get creative juices flowing. Develop a variety of art-making techniques that will help build an expressive tool box. This is a playful, yet meaningful approach that studies have shown significantly contributes to our sense of wellbeing, particularly important in these times. All levels of experience are welcome.
