Acrylics - Trees, Rocks, Water & Sky

Celebrate Canada's iconic landscape as you paint skies, rocks, trees, and water. Daily demonstrations and step-by-step painting exercises will provide successful strategies for painting the elements of the outdoors. Topics covered include composition, value studies, acrylic colour, transparency, and transitional edges. Discussion and feedback in a supportive studio environment will help to evolve your painting style. Reference landscape photos will be available, or you are welcome to bring your own. Instruction is suitable for beginners as well as experienced painters. Connecting with nature is good for your art as well as your heart.
A $10 material fee payable to the instructor will be needed on your first day of class
