You may use this Request for Proposal (RFP) form to submit your interest to Applied Projects. We recommend that you submit it by July 31. Acceptance is restricted to the first 50 submissions.

  2. Project Statement:

    In a paragraph, describe a problem to solve, and/or product and/or service to prototype.

  3. Project Deliverable:

    Indicate the solution report, products and/ or services to be provided.

  4. Scope Planning:

    Describe the justification, major deliverables and project objectives. Include any propositions about ownership and resource requirements if known.
