Wrap It Up: Student art exhibition at Haliburton Campus
A flurry of activity is happening in the studios of Fleming College’ s Haliburton School of Art + Design (HSAD).
Students are busy preparing for Wrap it Up, the end-of-semester art exhibition hosted by current students in full-time diploma and certificate programs at HSAD.
This one day show will take place on Saturday, Dec. 17 at Haliburton Campus from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wrap it Up provides an opportunity for emerging artists to gain exhibition experience and showcase their many talents. The student-based initiative will feature a variety of media from fall semester students including painting and drawing, artist blacksmithing, fibres, ceramics, and moving image design.
Artists will be available to discuss their works and answer questions. Select works will be available for purchase.
The exhibition is free of charge and open to all. Join inspiring students for light refreshments as well as the opportunity to explore the unique and stimulating space that is the Haliburton School of Art + Design.
