Take Back the Night: Light Your Way Walk

Fleming College and the Kawartha Sexual Assault Centre are encouraging community members to take a stand against sexual violence.

The annual Take Back the Night: Light Your Way Walk will take place starting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17 in Peterborough, Lindsay, Cobourg and Haliburton. This free event, hosted by KSAC and Fleming, includes a rally and a march.

Share your voice and speak out! Here are the locations:

  • Peterborough – Sutherland Campus (meet at the residences, near the Pavilion), 599 Brealey Dr.
  • Lindsay – Frost Campus (meet at the Frost Residence Circle), 200 Albert St. S.
  • Cobourg – Cobourg Campus (meet at the front entrance), 1005 Elgin St. W.
  • Haliburton – Haliburton Highlands Secondary School, 5358 County Road 21
