Peterborough, ON (Oct. 26, 2016) – Fleming College is pleased to launch its first ever Report to the Community, which outlines the College’s contributions to the communities it serves as well as highlights Fleming’s achievements in 2015-16.

“As a college, we take pride in being an integral part of the fabric of our communities. Whether it is volunteer work undertaken by our students, funds raised for the community by our employees, or the career work of our 71,000 alumni, members of the Fleming College community have an impact on thousands of lives every day,” said Fleming College President Tony Tilly.

“Often, I feel that a lot of what we do at Fleming on a day-to-day basis remains undiscovered. We have so many ‘unsung heroes’ within our college community that deserve recognition,” he added. “Our employees and students ensure we are constantly innovating and evolving as an institution creating an optimal environment for learning,” he added.

The Report focuses on a number of topics. These include the College’s economic impact, enrolment and internationalization, financial results, sustainability initiatives, and key partnerships.
