- What are the Admission Requirements for entry to the Geomatics Technician, GIS – Application Specialist or the GIS – Cartographic Specialist program?
Geomatics Technician is a two-year, Ontario College Diploma program. An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with the majority of credits at the College (C) and Open (O) level is the minimum admission requirement. GIS –Applications Specialist and GIS- Cartographic Specialist are both 10-month, Ontario College Graduate Certificate programs. These post-graduate programs require a university degree or college diploma, or equivalent education or work experience for entry. Fees are subject to change, and once you have been accepted into a program and have confirmed that you plan to attend, Fleming College will notify you of fees due, payment dates and payment options.

The Geomatics Institute is located at the Frost Campus of Fleming College’s School of Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Lindsay Ontario. - How do I apply for student loans, bursaries or scholarships?
You can apply online for the Ontario Student Assistance Program(OSAP). Fleming College and the Fleming College Foundation offer several bursaries and scholarships. More than $9 million has been provided to Fleming College students in financial need.
