Shannon Partridge, MFA, is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice includes painting, sculpture, installation and animation. Recent exhibitions include solo shows; Constructed Realities, Chapel Gallery, Bracebridge; and Behavioural Enrichment, Durham Public Art Gallery, Durham. Recent group shows; Everyday is Political, No Foundation, Toronto; Seoul World Arts Festival, SeJong Cultural Center, Seoul, Korea; 7 Peintres Torontois, Bigue Art Gallery, Montreal; Au Feminin: 13 Women Redrawing Boundaries, Canadian Fine Arts Gallery, Toronto; and The Glass House, Georgian College, Barrie. She received scholarships for artist residencies at Vermont Studio Center, Vermont, and Ox-Bow, Michigan, USA, as well as grants from the Ontario Arts Council. Shannon holds an MFA in painting from the University of Waterloo, where she received the Sylvia Knight Award for Graduate Studio Excellence. www.shannonpartridge.com
